We find ourselves in times of deep change, which creates feelings of hope but at the same time shapes feelings of ambivalence and weariness. In order to persevere and cope, we take a breath and tend to our inner state. We consider how we can make sense of and give meaning to the change around us and how we can maintain equanimity and joy in contributing to a desired future.
